We make every effort to keep the inventory data up to date, however, in the case that the product you ordered is not available we offer either the option to replace it with an available product of your choice or to remove the product from your order and receive a full refund for the product (s) deducted.

For orders over 1000EUR there is no delivery charge. If you make changes or return any product on your order that will cause the value of the order to fall under 1000EUR then the applicable delivery fees will be charged and deducted from your refund amount.

For products that the price is given upon a quotation the price bears 25% discount.

The discount applies only to the individual order and cannot be combined with other orders that you may place.

In addition to the above discount, you earn X5 points to your cashback rewards account. Any shipping fees or other additional fees do not earn points. Every 1000 points is a voucher of 20EUR for your next purchase. For example, if you place an order of 100EUR in value you will earn points that equal to 10EUR discount value, hence, 10% additional discount. The minimum number of points you can redeem is 1000 points. You can redeem points for every 1000 points.
