Can I book an appointment at your shop to see your products?
Of course! You may book an appointment through our website as to visit our showroom. To proceed click here!
How and when will I receive my order?
- Home delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Pick-up your products from our physical store at Mesogis Avenue 7.
Orders received from Monday-Friday are processed the same day and shipped the next working day. Orders received after 05:00PM or on weekends are considered as being received the next working day. There might be delays in shipping some products if they are not immediately available. The total delivery time will usually not exceed 5 working days. Please note that delivery to your property is made up to the pavement. If you want products to be placed in a specific location in the house or to a floor you need to make your own arrangements.
What are the available payment methods?

How can I keep track of my order?
You can keep track of your order status by going to your account page. You will be able to see if your order has been paid, shipped or if it is ready for pick-up. Also, if you meet the eligiblity criteria you can initiate a return request from your account page.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours and only if the order has not been shipped . You can still return the product under our refunds and return policy.
How do I know if a product is available?
All products shown on the e-shop page are available and they are delivered usually within 3-7 business days. In case a product is not available for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible.
I want the invoice issued in a different name or in a company name.
ou can include your company name during the checkout process. We will issue the invoice to the name of the company that you provided during checkout.Alternatively,you can email us at eshop@gmcaltd.com with your request.
I want to return a product. How can I do this?
You can iniate a return through your account page if the return criteria for the product you wish to return are met. Alternatively, you can email us your request at eshop@gmcaltd.com. You can find more details regarding our return policy here.
I have a question about a product. Where can I find more information about the product?

Are there any delivery charges?
elivery fees are applied according to your location and total of your order. These charges will be indicated to you during checkout.
I want to change a product on my order. How can I do this?
For any changes to your order you can email us at eshop@gmcaltd.com along with your order number. We will do our best to fullfill your request.
I want to close my e-shop account.
You may close your e-shop account by sending us an email with your request at eshop@gmcaltd.com. In order to be able to close your account you must not have any open orders.
I want to add installation for the products I purchased. How can I do that?
You can request installation by adding your request to the special request box at the checkout or by email at eshop@gmcaltd.com. We will contact you to inform you about the cost and installation date by our external partner.
How do I earn points from your cashback rewards program?
For each euro you spend you earn 1 point. You accumulate points both from your online and in shop purchases. Points accumulated to your account NEVER expire. Every 100 points is a 2 euro voucher. The minimum number of points you can redeem at any time is 1000 points. When you redeem your points you will receive a voucher code that you can use during checkout on your next order. Cancelllation or return of products will automatically reverse and the repsective points balance.
