Prices and Availability: 

All prices include any applicable VAT, in accordance with current VAT legislation.                                                                                                 

The prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.

  All product offers are valid while stocks last.

We list information about the availability of the products sold on our website on each product page. From the moment of your order until preparation, the availability of the products may change. During processing we will inform you by email or phone of any changes regarding availability and in case the products you ordered are not available there will be no charge.

Product Details:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the manufacturers of the products sold on our website. We work hard to ensure that the information we provide to you is correct, but there is a possibility that the actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown. Also, the rendering of the colors in the photos listed may differ. The product information on our website is provided for informational purposes only and we recommend that you do not rely solely on it. Finally, we recommend that you always read the labels, warnings and instructions provided with the product before use.

Payments:

We will never ask you for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related to your financial information.

All payments are made by credit card using the secure checkout gateway from Stripe Inc or PayPal. Also, you have the option of paying with a bank deposit.

Delivery and Pickup:

We offer delivery every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

We currently offer 2 ways to deliver your orders:

Collection from our physical store (FREE) in 1-3 working days

Home delivery, via Courier or by our own delivery service  in 3-5 business days(Charges indicated during checkout).  

We will do our best to deliver your product within the time frame we give you above. Please note, however, that delivery estimates are just estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Delivery to your property is made up to the pavement. If you want products to be placed in a specific location in the house or to a floor the customer must make his/her own arrangements.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in orders and deliveries outside of our obligations, nor for delays that occur as a result of acts of God (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, revolution, insurrection, terrorist activities, blockade, embargo, labor disputes, strike, counter-strike or interruption or failure of electric power or telephone services.

Although we will never send a product with damaged packaging, when delivering or receiving your order please always and carefully check that the outer packaging and the GMCA seal remain intact. After receiving the product, you accept it as is and have no claim regarding its packaging and general condition.

Order Cancellation and Returns:

Please read our Returns and Cancellations Policy, which covers all products sold on our website.

Children:

If you are under 18 years of age, you can only use our website with the participation of an adult parent or guardian.
